As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at cleanmockups.com. We’ve created this policy that details what happens should things not go as planned, and the steps to take if you require a refund on your purchase.

General Requirements for a Valid Refund Request:

  1. Item Issues: The mockup must be defective or not as described on our website. Please provide details and evidence of the issue.
  2. Contact Timeframe: You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the product to be eligible for a refund.
  3. Unused Products: The mockup has not been used or altered in any way.

Refund Process

To request a refund:

  • Provide your order number and a detailed explanation of the issue.
  • Include any screenshots or other evidence that can support your claim.

Evaluation of the Request

Once we receive your refund request, we will examine it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the compliance of your request with our policy conditions. This process can take up to 7 days.

Approved Refunds

If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (usually 7 to 14 business days depending on your card issuer's policies).

Denied Refunds

Non-returnable items

Please note that due to the nature of digital products, items that do not meet the above conditions may not be eligible for a refund.
